These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of aistackfor.me (the "Service"), operated by AIstackfor.me ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least sixteen (16) years of age to create an account. By creating an account you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. Account responsibility

You are responsible for safeguarding your authentication credentials and for any activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. User-generated content

Reviews, stack entries, profiles, tool submissions, and Graveyard reports ("User Content") remain your property. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute User Content on the Service and to use it in aggregate, anonymized form (e.g., the Stack Graph). You are solely responsible for the legality and accuracy of your contributions.

4. Prohibited content and conduct

You may not post content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, infringes intellectual-property rights, contains malware, or is intended to manipulate rankings (including but not limited to coordinated review campaigns, review-trading, or paid placement disguised as organic content). We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts at our sole discretion.

5. Honest reviews and fair comment

Reviews must reflect your genuine experience. Negative reviews that constitute fair comment based on actual use are protected and will not be removed solely because the reviewed entity disagrees with them. Defamatory or knowingly false statements are not permitted.

6. Tool listings

Tool entries are curated. Submission does not guarantee inclusion. We reserve the right to edit, reject, or remove listings at our discretion. Sponsored placement, where it exists, is clearly labelled and does not affect organic ranking.

7. Intellectual property

All Service content other than User Content (including code, design, copy, and the AIstackfor.me brand) is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable laws. No license is granted except as expressly set forth herein.

8. DMCA / takedown

Notices of claimed copyright infringement may be sent to dmca@aistackfor.me. We will process valid notices in accordance with applicable law. Counter-notices and rebuttals are welcomed.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that User Content (including reviews) is accurate.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms or applicable law.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which AIstackfor.me is incorporated, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

13. Changes

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
